Tom Thompson

Tom Thompson grew up in Baltimore listening to King Curtis, Junior Walker and other great 60's reed men that inspired Tom to playing the tenor sax at an early age. Influenced by his love for 60's R&B and Motown, he also developed a talent for playing the electric bass. Working the Baltimore music scene in the 60's and 70's led him to meet and work with Jim and eventually to traveling and performing throughout the United States and Canada for over 30 years. "It has been a great ride touring and performing with musicians, friends and musical greats over the years. Tom also developed a talent for arranging and continues to perform. "It's a real pleasure to have crossed musical paths with Jim again"..... and the ride continues.
